Finding furnished rentals on the West Side?

I'm moving to El Paso for one year and I'm looking for a furnished rental (studio/1BD), hopefully on the West Side/Kern Place area. Any tips on finding furnished rentals in that area or in El Paso generally? Thank you for any guidance!
