Galaxy watch ultra 2 not counting floors climbed

I have a Galaxy watch ultra 2 and for some reason it's not counting any stairs that I climb. I probably go up and down stairs at least 10 times a day. My pixel watch 5 counts them without issue but my Galaxy watch ultra 2 shows zero stairs climbed.

Anyone else have this issue?
