Gillian's modpack 1.0.8.0 out of the box bug with hood cam and taxi as a passenger

Without touching a single setting, after having a fresh copy of the game, fresh save, settings etc, after installing the drag and drop 1080 pack of gillians modpack, and opening the game, whenever entering hood cam or a taxi and moving your mouse around, the screen turns blue and breaks all camera modes, you can refresh the scripts to make the game work again, after deleting every line on the script for disabling camera modifications, first person etc, the hood camera and taxi works, but after one second you get this message:

I haven't touched anything, i tried reinstalling again, i tried to update ivsdk dot net, liberty tweaks, fusion fix, asi loaders, nothing works. Windows 11 latest version, all latest drivers.
