Anyone completed Step 1 + Step 2 in 2 years and matched? Need advice on study schedule, scoring high on Step 2, and research

Hey everyone,
I'm currently at an Arab medical school set to graduate in January 2027, and I hold an EU passport. I'm planning my USMLE journey and aiming to clear both Step 1 and Step 2 CK within a
2-year window so I can transition to the US shortly after graduation.
I'd really appreciate insights from anyone who managed a similar timeframe:

1. Prep Strategy: How did you structure your schedule across both steps? Did you study solo or use specific prep courses/guidance?
2. Step 2 CK High Scores: What score did you achieve, and what made the biggest difference in pushing your score into the high range?
   Research: How heavily did research impact your application, and how long did it take you to finish research projects while studying?
