Which business class flight offer the most value for money: Air China, Etihad, or Air India?

These three airlines have tickets for business class in the same price range for the destination (+10h flight) I want to go to in January, in a price range which I find very reasonable (roughly €2.5K). What has your experiences with these airlines business class been?
