Hiring a helper for my landscaping business

I run a local landscaping business in San Diego. Mostly in Point Loma, looking to hire a helper for 2-3 days a week. No experience necessary since I don’t do out of the world stuff mostly just raking up leaves and weeding a bit. Mostly just need some helping hands since I’ve been getting more work. Paying $20 a hour and we can go over details in the dms. Thanks.
