Inner arch blisters on both feet that won’t go away?
I went to a running store last November where they did a gait analysis and said I over-pronated. I was a bit surprised by this simply because the tread on my existing running shoes was completely worn on the outer edges of the toe boxes. They gave me a stability show (Hoka Arahi) and a stability insert.
I’ve had these shoes for about 10 months and have been periodically getting blisters in the exact same spot on both feet, in the inner arch. Is this a sign that I have too much “stability” happening and I should go for a neutral shoe + stability insert?
I average about 10-15 mi per week, have very narrow feet, wearing different types of socks didn’t seem to change much.
Curious if anybody has dealt with this before or if any casual, narrow-footed runners have shoe recommendations? TIA.
