Need advice on renting

My net income is 58k. Single. Never rented before and currently live in a family owned condo but I want my own living space for some flexibility

I'm eyeing a 17k / month 1br condo (33 sqm) in Mandaluyong which is a few mins walk away from work and it's fully furnished. Also close to MRT which is nice.

Here are some calcs for monthly recurring costs:

• 17k - rent (includes assoc dues)
• 5k - electricity + water (est based on where i currently live)
• 1k - wifi (work has wifi allowance so partly covered)
• 4k - some necessary subscriptions
• 8k - groceries (chicken breast, rice, vegetables, repeat lol and some other things)

So roughly speaking I would have about 23k leftover for whatever else I need which i think is pretty good?

But I'm not sure if I'm missing anything.

What do you guys think? Am I shooting too high here?
