Onexplayer 3 cannot edit VRAM Allocation; Need help

Hello!

I just purchased this device yesterday locally on Facebook marketplace. I’m having an issue; however, where I cannot set the VRAM allocation inside the Intel app. Whenever I try to adjust the slider over to on, it crashes the whole app. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
