a study dedicated space or library in bangalore

does anybody know or have been to libraries or centres that provide space to study at a low to no cost?
i came across a few on google that charge around 3k monthly membership fees and i personally feel that’s a lot.

pls pls provide with your inputs and experience regarding the safety, wifi and washroom facility too - preferably near or around Malleshwaram, Indiranagar or Rajajinagar. (anywhere easy to travel from Ramaiah) or just anywhere
