2022 Panda with no date on card

Grey dealer offered me a panda with this text.. Seems odd but wondering what y’all think.

“Hey, sorry to bother you so late. I have a chance to buy a 2022 panda brand new still with all factory stickers and the card is undated so can put today's date on it. It is a friend of mine that was a authorized rolex dealer and has had in his safe untouched since the day he got. I thought of you right away because it is super rare to get one with Full stickers”
