LG washcombo all in one not draining

I have a problem with our LG all in one, we’ve had our pump replaced in the machine about 8 months ago and ever since then we’ve had nothing but trouble. The machine struggled to do even the smallest loads of clothes. And here within the past week it has consistently given the OE drain error code. My girlfriend and I have cleaned the drain filter at the bottom multiple times and I have used a shop vac to get water flowing out of the machine. We are on our 7th time without it completing a cycle. There is no detergent or softener in the reservoir. I’m at my wits end with this thing
