How to manifest money owed to you

Hello, please may I ask for advice on how to manifest money that is owed to you from someone who you are no longer in contact with?

I can understand we need to be in the state of already having it and feeling the feelings when you have it, but when it applies to an SP, those emotions are so strong. However, because manifesting a small amount of money from someone is so little and doesn't generate strong emotions, how would you recommend getting to that state please?
