Trying to quit pornz

Im heading back to school in a few days and I feel like I should’ve quit this addictions before school started because I think I am going to get distracted from my academics with porn. I’m afraid it’ll affect my grades and more likely get me lazy since it drains me tf out. I have tried multiple times this current summer, but since I was so unproductive and bored, I kept going back to opening porn websites. There wasn’t anything replacing the dopamine and Hopefully this upcoming school year I can really just get rid of it. Do you guys have any guides or any useful tips to like actually stop watching it and relapsing??
