Vinted Scam Ring

I am putting this out there to warn others. Accounts on Vinted based out of Brownville, Texas are listing jewelry items, mainly victorian era. I am currently fighting vinted for over $200 on two separate sales. The seller has multiple accounts. 1st item was sent out. It was scanned and tracked as delivered in Florida. I live in Iowa. Seller was obsessed with getting me to not open a claim and that it was going to be delievered to me in 3 days.. on labor day at that. I contacted the postal service for an investigation and vinted as well. The seller began messaging nonstop telling me to cancel the request and they would just refund me. I am unable to block them due to the open transaction, so had to silence the app. Postal service called back from Florida and told me they are seeing the item was delivered to me this morning. I asked how that was possible that it tracked from Florida to Iowa in less than 24 hours. ( We all know the post office isnt that fast for ground advantage) The postal worker stayed on the line with me and I went and found the package. It is empty and the return address was 13355 Elliot Ave Chino, CA 91710 with no name and not Brownsville, Texas as the sellers profile stated. I have launched investigations with the postal inspection service and have my post office forwarding information to higher ups. I had purchased another item from another account shortly after this one with similar attributes and it shipped right after this one's was supposedly delievered so I am sure I will be repeating the process here soon. Lesson learned on my end, but I will be fighting it the best I can. Will also be filing police reports and IC3s as I think this is a large scale operation.
