those who have been allotted a clg in Mcc r1 and have chosen to float, are you putting that same clg in choice filling in R2 or not?

because like I have been allotted xyz clg in r1.. and now while making my preference list in R2, I can still see that xyz clg in choice options. It shouldn't be there right? because my documents have already been verified by that xyz clg and I already have a seat there.
