Apple Music on Windows is killing me

So recently I added a song to my 1000+ song playlist and 300 of the song just vanished, then I closed apple music and when I opened it back up, all the songs in the playlist are gone and its just empty... and it doesn't appear on any of my apple devices.

I've been trying to recreate the playlist so many times but it always does the same thing, I add a bunch of songs, after a while of adding, some songs will start disappearing, then the playlist vanishes from my other devices, then I close apple and open it back up and everything inside it is gone...

Its not a backup problem, I literally can't make a playlist anymore because they just disappear. Does anyone know how the heck to fix this?
