san magandang area to live, in your opinion, as a first timer sa solo living??
im planning to move out and i have target cities kaso hirap mamili. im from the south (calabarzon) and works remotely pero i just want a space for myself to grow and makapagpahinga from all the childhood traumas. maybe even just a year or two alone para din mapilitan na matuto magisa ganun.
anyway, so far sa experience niyo san magandang city? just want to get more opinions and hear first hand experiences from people. specifically yung transpo and yung safety ng city from calamities. is it condo or a small apartment?? how did you find your place? how much is the "sulit" price for one bedroom?? etc.
thank you po sa sasagot!
