Running shoes as an everyday shoe?

I've been looking at running shoes and recently tried on some nice Salomons, that felt great, and was wondering if I could wear those for my everyday shoes or if that would make me look like a douche. I'm talking giant outsole, looking like it's made for speed. But also curious if there are other running shoe brands that would look better as an everyday. I was thinking about how Yeezys did it, and maybe it wouldn't look that terrible.
