I need some serious advice on whether to pursue masters in counselling psychology abroad or in India

So, I recently got selected to a college in India although I’m quite interested but I’m not sure of having an actual career in India due to the lack of policies around counselling psychology as well as the pay wise. Please let me know your thoughts and advice.
