Need Advice!!! What do I pick

I’m super excited to be able to say I have two offers. I didn’t get the NSICU like I was hoping, but I got a Neuro/stroke floor & progressive Neuro floor. I can’t figure out what to pick.

Neuro/stroke = less pay, lower acuity, but it is day shift & the culture seems amazing
Progressive neuro = more pay, higher acuity/better experience, but it is night shift & unsure of culture

I’ve never done night shift and I am very nervous about it. Are PCU floors good? Is it worth switching to night shift for the critical care experience? Has anyone else made a similar decision and have advice? I’m worried I’m gonna pass up on the day shift and regret it later on.
