@amazonindia - You will regret partnering with Indiapost

I am a Amazon customer for a long time and purchased numerous products over Amazon. The only convenience that people have with these e-commerce sites is time to think about the choices we have and the home delivery. I had no major issues with Amazon....until now.

I purchased a atta kneading machine via Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered in around 10 days. I have no issues in waiting if the communication is clear.

After few days from order I received a message from Indiapost something about transit status. I had no idea what is coming via Indiapost because I did not received any Amazon delivery via Indiapost previously.

After fews days, I received a message from Indiapost as delivery attempt unsuccessful ( where no attempt was made). After few days, that is around estimated delivery date, my product was marked delivered by Indiapost as well as in Amazon. But I didn't even received the product. After multiple follow up with customer service, my issue was still unresolved.

Later, someone from the post office asked to collect the product from Post office. I was shocked, the main reason we are purchasing in these websites is because of home delivery. But that core convenience itself was ruined.

I later asked the person to return the product so that I can get a refund. But after few days, with no intimation, the product was delivered to my address.

In this entire process, I faced numerous challenges reaching the customer service, explaining each time what happened from the start, making multiple follow up. I was totally devastated with this experience.

But now, due to the available Amazon gift vouchers which I got from my company, I was forced to use this shit e-commerce site again. Again the issue is started like my previous delivery. Today I received a message from Indiapost as delivery attempt unsuccessful where no attempt to delivery was made by anyone.

I deeply regret shopping through Amazon and it's high time that we boycott this site so that they can regret the decision of partnering with Indiapost for delivery.
