Do playsheet boosts stack…?

So i really like running the 4-2-5 and nickel as my 2 main formations. Currently im my franchise im using the Red Storm 4-2-5 playsheet and using it as my base defense as it boost run stopping stats but having the 5 DBs gives it an extra edge vs the pass. Then i use Nickel playsheet because it boosts pass rushing and coverage stats and i call those plays when i think my opponent will be passing.

What i noticed though is that the normal 4-2-5 playsheet boosts pass rush and coverage stats and uses the same sub formations as the Red Storm 4-2-5 playsheet.

So does anyone know if i just use both the normal 4-2-5 and the Red Storm 4-2-5 playsheets would the boosts from both playsheets stack and apply both boosts when calling plays from the 4-2-5???
