Gator Legs need a buff

With the addition of the new "Wet" debuff, the Gator Legs perk has become less popular. I used to love picking it: it allowed me to move virtually silently in water. But now, due to the "Wet" effect, it barely works. The perk description still says it reduces the sound of movement in water, and technically it does, but as soon as the character gets wet, loud splashing sounds from footsteps appear.

I miss those times...
