Trainers for ROP

Hi all, on my kit list it mentions that I am advised to bring two pairs of training shoes one of which will get wet. However it doesn’t say anything about regular trainers to go with civvies. Does it mean two pairs of running trainers for phys or one civvy pair and one for phys? Cheers.
