Urgent, please help.

My partner is suffering from severe fungal infection leading to red marks or rashes on her leg and toe. The condition has quite escalated leading to severe pain and itchiness and she has visited doctors but that has been of no help as it keeps on relapsing. If anybody here could prescribe a fanastic dermatologist here in kolkata then it would be a lot of help.
