Is formula coming up into my stomach?

I got a PEG-J July 31.
I do overnight feeds through my J.
I woke up this morning nauseated asf and burping and tasted like formula- so I took a 10 ml syringe to pull from my g side of my PEG-J and it’s clear with bits that look exactly like my formula color- I haven’t had anything orally or done any flushes yet this morning, my feeds go through my j and is still running. Thank you (bc formula reversing through the intestine and coming into the stomach means ER trip right?) also typically when I try to pull from my stomach I get resistance esp if I haven’t done flushes or eaten yet but there was no resistance at all. I slept elevated per usual.
