how to enjoy uni

so after alevels this year i got into my firm uni but sadly had to decline the place since the international fees were far too high for me to afford (at the time of applying i thought they were lower).

I then applied through clearing to a less prestigious university to the same course, which was cheaper, but i still feel down since i was imagining uni as a fresh start, but now i will once again be studying with the same people, at a uni i barely know anything about

can anyone please give me some words of advice on how i can still enjoy university and make the most of it without having any regrets ?
