How would you handle a 4-star cleanliness rating?

I recently finished a house sit and was surprised to receive 4 stars for cleanliness. The apartment wasn’t particularly well organized when I arrived, and I actually hit my head multiple times because of how things were arranged.
I took good care of the home and cat, even washed the bathtub and the bedsheets and made the bed before leaving. I have 30 previous reviews, all with 5-star cleanliness ratings, so this really caught me off guard.
The host’s written review was otherwise very positive. Would you simply accept the 4 stars, or would you politely ask the host what could have been better?
