Has anyone else noticed this?

For anyone who has played Deltarune (almost typed Undertale-) on both PC and Console, do you feel a speed difference with the Soul? Because i’m a Console Player, Switch 1, and i physically SEE a difference in speed with the soul when i watch people on PC to when i actually play. They can almost effortlessly dodge projectiles when i seem to be moving through water.
