What is the first sex toy or item you ever used on yourself sexually?

I'm curious about what some of you have used to experiment with as a sex toy.
Was it an actual sex toy you might have snuck from your parents' room, or an everyday object you had or made?

***For me, (suggested by a friend/work colleague), it was one of those Sharpie permanent markers.
