What Is Up With This Horrible Connection?

It started a couple of days ago. Normal latency is 12-33, 0% packet loss or burst. Now, normal latency, but A LOT packet bursts/loss. I can't get a full game in because it just starts skipping on me. I know it's not my internet because all my other mp games, as well as my brothers' mp games are playing as normal.
