How to increase card limit?

I have SbI Simplysave card with 30k limit and tried to increase the limit from th Sbi card app and the request is basically stuck for forever and I couldn't even track anything. I went to SBI agent and she initiated a new card SBi cb card and total limit increased to 60k. She said she will help to increase the limit after one week but she is now avoiding me from 2 weeks. She said my cibil is 850+. Idk what is wrong, my salary is around 80k and I have never taken any loan, could anyone help how can I increase the limit to atleast 2lakh?

Purpose to increase - I wanted to buy laptop on emi basically
