Wheel question

Recently bought a 2023 Tundra and had a few questions

They currently have stock 18 inch rims

I have a set of fuel sledge (-1 offset) with 275 60 20 tires

Will these fit without rubbing or will I need a level?

Also, are the horror story’s true about these 6 cyl engines?
