What are the best Jungle Tanks?

I know that this post was made about a year ago. But with the fast-ish changing of League, idk how relevant that post is.

So, I'll start by saying I'm Lvl 28. Kinda proves my skill level, kinda doesn't. While solo qing in standard draft, I notice that my team lacks Tank/Engage. I learnt the engage part with Jarvan IV and I've been experimenting with Vi, so that just leaves the "Tank" part. While I have seen posts of Jarvan IV having viability as a Tank, I've seen the opposite posts too. So, I have I have to ask, what Jungle Tank is good right now?

Also, I refuse to play Nasus and Amumu because I don't like meta and Amumu is boring.
