STUCK WITH PERSONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Hello, has someone been through this loop ever while Verifying Personal Identity check?

FYI: I have a UK registered company when I was a UK resident and I neevr opened a REvolut Business Account for it. I have moved back to India and obviously do not have a UK residency/Visa anymore.

I am eligible to Run a Revolut Business account for this situation

Now I have upload my Aadhar card as an Identity docuement for Proving my citizenship. The system has rejected it 20 times for me trying againa nd again and I'm just unlucky that my passport has been recently expired, like 20 days ago.

Revolut chat is absoluty dumb and disgutsing. The humans talk like bots and they are absolutly usless and never read your question and alway give automated replies. I'm thankful to have connected with an Inbound account Executive and she has been trying but its been 1 week they havent been able to verify a simple Aaadhar card bro. I asked the Onboarding team to manually verify the document, they couldnt do it still, now the account executive told me on Thursday that it has been passed to KYC team to verify the docuemnt and still no update for after 48 hours. How silly is this? u/revolut this is very very inconvinient and please please give training to the poeple who talk on chat support. They have xero knowledge, I contradicted every point they made and send them screenshots of your own websites showing that the information thet are givign me is wrong and then they go on apologizing 1000 times lol.
