I have a regular size garage that is not climate controlled, what food and drinks are absolutely safe to store in it? In response to gov's stock up recommendation.

Casual

Lots of news recently about gov recommending people to stock up.

My flat is small with limited storage space, but I do have a regular size garage. What yummy food can I buy and ok to store in the garage for at least 2-3 years without turning bad? That can survive the high humidity and temp fluctuations?

Same for drinks, can bottled waters be safely stored in the garage in the winters without the bottle cracking, or survive the summers without its taste turn weird?

I'm located in the north west, the winter is not that cold but with the extreme climate fluctation now who knows how bad the winter can get.

Thanks
