Doubting if I am autistic

Hi

For context im a girl and a minor and I recently told my therapist I think im autistic. I sent her a list of all the reasons/traits i have and she thinks I have it too.

She cant diagnose me though and I have to go to the gp and then get a referral and do the actual test (i like in the uk).

I did the aq10 test which I found online because I am worried I might be faking it even though as I write this i am stimming

Anyway I got 4 out of ten and if you get more than 6 it says it is likely you have autism.

Am I faking it? Is it inaccurate? Will I have to do this test at the gp? Am I just really high functioning?
