Citroen C4 1.6 HDi 92 HP – clutch shudder/vibration

Hi, I have a 2012 Citroen C4 1.6 HDi 92 HP, 5-speed manual.

Before replacing the clutch, I had strong clutch judder/vibration when taking off, and the clutch pedal was extremely hard.

After removing the old clutch, the pressure plate and release bearing were damaged/worn, while the clutch disc was not heavily worn.

I installed a new clutch kit. The only noticeable difference is that the clutch pedal is now much softer. The judder/vibration when taking off is still exactly the same.

When releasing the clutch at low RPM, the wheels/drivetrain seem to shudder or jerk. With more throttle/RPM, the vibration becomes much less noticeable.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or had the same symptoms?
