growing taller at the age of 14/15

how can i grow taller and maximize my growth without hgh or anything like that (not including vitamins and stuff i can find at the pharmacy) my dad is 169 cm and my mom is probably 145 or 150 cm something like that and am 165-167 cm what can i do
