Main story branch hardlocked

Is there an official bug reporting system for this game yet? I'm on the "What hunts the night" quest and have run into a gamebreaking bug on PS5 where Crake is underneath the map when you're supposed to report back to him, effectively locking me out of the entire questline. I've tried everything to get him to appear to no avail
