Is 3 Months too early for Going to the zoo

Our daughter is 3 months old, and we decided we wanted to do a family trip to the zoo. Our zoo is the Henry Doorly Zoo, which my wife and I have been going to our whole lives. It’s amazing. And we are thrilled to share it with our daughter. We’ve got everything prepped, food, diapers, change of clothes, sunscreen. But now I’m wondering if it’s too early for her. It’s a whole day affair, and I don’t know if it’s going to be too much for her. At what point did you start bringing your babies out to events like this? How did they respond?
