Anyone interested in taking over a café in Dubai Creek Harbour?

I’m putting this out here to see if there’s any interest in taking over our café in Dubai Creek Harbour.

I opened it as my first business, with the idea of creating a family friendly café where kids could play and parents could actually sit down and enjoy breakfast and a coffee. I took a bit of a leap of faith with it, and doing it with a newborn at home made for an interesting few years!

It’s been a huge learning experience and there’s been a lot I’ve loved about building it, but I’m now at the point where I’m considering handing it over to someone else who might want to take it further.

The space is fully fitted and turnkey, in a premium Emaar managed location:

• Approx. 1,740 sq ft indoor space + up to 500 sq ft external space
• Around 40 seats
• Established all day breakfast café
• Fully fitted and ready to trade
• Landlord approved sale / cleared transfer
• Approval is also in place to convert part of the space into a premium grocery/retail concept alongside the café, so there is an alternative direction for someone who wants to explore that.
