Wage differences

Hey guys, I just found out I am making less money than my coworkers who do the same thing as I do. We are also looking for a new staff member and the job position is the same as mine.. and the minimum pay listed is $3 more an hour than I make.

Do I bring this up to my manager? I live paycheck to paycheck so making more money would definitely help me out. If I do bring this up how do I go about it? Please help
