Talk me out of vascular surgery

I’m an M1, so I fully recognize that calling anything my “top-choice specialty” this early is probably a little premature. That said, I may have recently found a specialty that I’m weirdly excited about, and I’m trying to figure out whether I’m seeing it through rose-colored glasses.
