Excitel broadband in Saidabad, Hyderabad — reviews/feedback?

Hi folks, can anyone share their experience with Excitel broadband in Saidabad or nearby areas?

How is the connection quality, speed and stability? How often do you face downtime or interruptions, and how is the after-sales service when there is an issue?

I'm currently using JioFiber and considering switching to Excitel mainly because of their plans/pricing.

Would especially like to hear from people who have been using Excitel for a few months or more. Please mention your locality as well.

Thanks!
