Do you believe in “destiny swapping”?

I feel like a friend of mine did a destiny swap on me. She recently gave me a stuffed toy which I have a negative feeling too. I’ve been thinking of cutting her off. Any advice on how can I get back my destiny? And what should I do with the gifts she gave?
