Morphling Automaton voice actor

Hi, sorry for going off-topic, but I found something strange.

Basically, the voice actor for Sven, Juggernaut, Bane, Weaver, Dazzle, Sand King, and Morphling hasn’t appeared in public since 2017.

And considering the new Dark Carnival event, Morphling Automaton has full dialogue.

The problem is that nowhere does it say whether this is the old voice actor or a new one—the credits are silent on the matter, and the wiki practically throws up its hands about it, even though the dialogue entries for other automatons specify that the actors participated in the dialogue.

Does anyone know what’s going on? And is this a new actor or the old one?
