Mental Roadblock Help
I was making significant progress towards my degree plan, reaching 53% total completion in just 30 days. Out of literally nowhere my brain just shut down and I’m having the hardest time completing the simplest of tasks. I’m currently working on C206 and it is taken me a week to complete the first task. I feel so burned out and all I want to do is take a break. I took three consecutive days off, hoping that would help me reset but it hasn’t. I’m wondering if I completed too much coursework too quickly and burn myself out. Anyone else experience this?
I successfully completed C213 and 214 together within about a two week span. Both were very challenging for me and I was putting in probably 8 to 10 hours each day preparing for those courses while also working full time. I think I just overdid it…
For those who are further along than me, would you say C213 and C214 were the hardest courses? I’m trying to make myself power through, but I’m also afraid of another study intensive course like those that might make the burnout even worse.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Special thank you to this community for all of the support so far! Everyone has been so awesome and encouraging I’m very grateful to have found you all!
