Back to back chemical pregnancies

Hi everyone, I apologize if this doesn’t fit this sub. have had two chemical pregnancies in the last 3 months. Does anyone know what causes this? I had a successful pregnancy last year. I’m 37 years old and will be talking to my OB next week but just looking for experiences . Thank you
